Cards for the Hurting and Lonely

While this is a difficult time for everyone, it is especially difficult for those who are on Hospice care or in nursing homes and are cut off from their families. So we are making greeting cards of encouragement. This is a great way to Love Where You Live and bring a bit of hope and encouragement to people who are isolated and lonely.

So feel free to get creative and make as many cards as your family would like. This is a great project for kids of any age and for families to do together and a great way for younger children to feel like they are contributing and making a difference.

There will be two bins under the Keystone main entrance: one with supplies you can use to make your cards, and another to drop off completed cards. The bins will be available Monday – Thursday from 10:00am – 3:00pm.

We will make sure your cards get into the hands of those who need them. Thank you for caring for those who are hurting!
