Our Partnership with Parents

At Keystone Church, we know that two combined influences of the family and church together can be a powerful influence on a child’s life. We know the best thing we can do for our children and students is to partner with their parents. We call this combination of influences Think Orange! We get the privilege of investing in children and students 30 to 40 hours a year, but parents have more than 3000 hours of influence a year. Therefore, it’s our goal to encourage, equip and resource parents as they raise their children.

Here are some great resources:

Dr. Jim Burns states there is a 300 percent greater likelihood of a child remaining in their faith after high school if they have regular faith conversations with their parents. Parent Cue is an easy way for parents to continue faith conversations at home.

Look out for the Parent Cue newsletter in your child’s take home materials.

For parents of preschool and elementary age children, you can download The Parent Cue App for your smart phone. The App is updated weekly with news on what your kids are learning on Sundays and fun things you can do together.

studio252.tv  is designed for families with elementary-aged kids. While the main side of the site is great for families to explore together, kids will enjoy each creating their own profiles in their individual accounts. The Parents page is a one-stop shop to help elementary parents do family better.
