Our Partnership with Parents

At Keystone Church, we know that two combined influences of the family and church together can be a powerful influence on a child’s life. We know the best thing we can do for our children and students is to partner with their parents. We call this combination of influences Think Orange! We get the privilege of investing in children and students 30 to 40 hours a year, but parents have more than 3000 hours of influence a year. Therefore, it’s our goal to encourage, equip and resource parents as they raise their children.

Here are some great resources:

Look out for the Parent Cue newsletter in your child’s take home materials.  It has helpful ideas on how you can include conversations about faith to your daily lives, along with fun activities.

For parents of preschool and elementary age children, you can download The Parent Cue App for your smart phone. The App is updated weekly with news on what your kids are learning on Sundays and fun things you can do together.

Did you miss a week?  Want to watch the lesson with your kids?  Then check out studio252.tv .  Studio 252.tv is a site with resources for families with elementary-aged kids, including a Parents page to help elementary parents do family better.
