  1. This is my first Sunday at Keystone…We are excited that you are visiting with us. Our Team, located at the Welcome counter in the lobby, has a welcome packet we would like to share with you. It contains information about our major ministries and how to get connected with our staff and website.When you do visit, we encourage you to visit more than once.  This will give you a great chance to evaluate whether or not Keystone is the church you want to call home.
  2. We are new and wondered where our children go?  If you have children aged birth to Kindergarten, we have a ministry called Waumba Land. If your children are in elementary school, we have a ministry called UpStreet. And if you have a 5th or 6th grader, we have a ministry called Fuse.  When you arrive, come to the Welcome counter. Our team will walk with you to these environments, where you will complete some paperwork to register your children. In each ministry environment, your children will experience age-appropriate large-group and small-group lessons. Our children’s ministry is available at all three Sunday morning Experiences.  Please go to Ministries to learn more about our ministry environments.
  3. Our children are in middle school or high school. Do you have something on Sunday mornings for them?  Our student ministry is called ECHO. Students meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. and throughout the year. We also offer opportunities for students to dig deeper into the Bible and their faith in two additional ministry environments. High school ECHO ReFuel meets Sundays during the 9am Experience, and Middle school ECHO EQ meets on Sundays during the 11:45 a.m. Experience.  Middle school and high school students are also invited to attend worship experiences with you and / or  serve in our ministry environments.   4. How do I get connected at Keystone?  When you visit Keystone, please stop by the Welcome counter – our Team would love to meet you! Another way you can connect is through our Connect Cards located on the seat-backs in the auditorium. These cards are a great way to request prayer, ask a question, join a small group, join a service team and join our mailing list. You can leave the Connect Card with the team at Guest Services or place it in a Drop Box in the back of the auditorium. Alternatively, you can go to Contact Us, fill out the online Connect Form and click the submit button. Either way, someone from our ministry team will contact you.
  5. What kind of community service or missions outreach opportunities do you have?  We serve in our local community throughout the year and also have relationships with many international missionaries. For more details about these opportunities, please go to our Serve page.You can also sign up for any of these opportunities by stopping by Guest Services on Sunday morning or filling out a Connect Card and taking it to Guest Services or drop it in the Drop Box. Alternatively, you can go to Contact Us, fill out the online Connect Form and click the submit button. Either way, someone from our ministry team will contact you.
  6. How do I sign up to get involved in serving?  We are excited to help you get connected here at Keystone or to any of our local or global agencies. For more details about service opportunities, click Serve. You can also sign up to serve by stopping by Guest Services on Sunday morning or by filling out a Connect Card and taking it to Guest Services or placing it in the Drop Box. Alternatively, you can go to Contact Us, fill out a Connect Form online. Either way, someone from our ministry team will contact you.
  7. Do you have Bible Studies or groups?  We believe that being in community with others is the best way to connect at Keystone. Our Group Life ministry is anxious to help you connect with others in your same geographical area, season of life or when you are most available to meet. Please go to Connect for more details. You can also gather information by stopping by Guest Services on Sunday morning or by filling out a Connect Card and taking it to Guest Services or placing it in the Drop Box.   8. How do I make a donation to Keystone?  We have Drop Boxes at the auditorium doorways where you can place your donation. You will find Offering Envelopes on the seat-backs in the auditorium to share your giving information. You can also setup one-time and/or recurring gifts online.   9. Do you have a Lost and Found?   Our Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Counter.  When we have accumulated a number of items, we will often put them out in the lobby in hopes of them being “found.” Afterwards, remaining items will be donated to our Cass Corridor Ministry. Stop by Guest Services to locate any missing items.
  10. Where are the restrooms?  We have restrooms located on the north and south ends of the lobby near Waumba Land and UpStreet. For security reasons, we ask adults to use the Waumba Land restrooms, as we reserve the UpStreet restrooms for children only.
  11. Is there anyone in the church who might be able to help me with a household service need?  We have many talented and skilled people who call Keystone their church home. Let us know what you are looking for, and we will do our best to connect you to those resources. You can complete a Connect Card and take it to Guest Services or place it in the Drop Box. Alternatively, you can go to Contact Us, and fill out the Connect Form online.  Either way, someone from our ministry team will contact you.
  12. Do you have anyone who could offer prayer for me?  We consider it our privilege to pray with you or on your behalf. We have a confidential prayer team that you can access by email or by phone. Please go to Request Prayer for details. If you would like to have prayer on Sunday morning, please let the team at Guest Services know, and we will meet with you for prayer.  You can also place your prayer request on a Connect Card found on the seat-backs in the auditorium, and take it to Guest Services or place in the Drop Box. Someone from our ministry team will contact you.
  13. Do you have a Divorce Recovery group?  Our Care Ministry organizes many different support groups. Please see Support & Care for details. If we are not currently running a group or have plans to hold a group, we can discuss other options to walk alongside you at this time.
  14. Can I use the facility to hold a private family gathering or event?  We do have a process to review personal event requests. Please see our Building Use page and review the building-use policy which outlines the policy and rental fees. Please print, complete and return the form to the Keystone office to initiate a rental request. Our Office Manager will contact you to discuss your request. Keystone tables and chairs are available for events held here at the facility, when it does not conflict with ministry environments, but are not available for events held off-site.
  15. I am planning a wedding. Is one of the Pastors available to marry us?  Congratulations on your engagement! There are so many details to discuss when planning a marriage. We would like to take some time to discuss everything with you from pre-marital counseling, facility availability and usage fees, as well as your wedding ceremony plans. Please contact the church office at (734) 944-5397 to get started.
  16. What should I do if I am not feeling well?  Please come to Guest Services, located in the lobby, for assistance. If you have an immediate need, we will do our best to connect you with a member, on-site, who has medical expertise while also contacting 911 as needed.
