Ken Gilmore has been on staff at Keystone since 1994 and became the Lead Pastor in 2006. He has a passion for creatively communicating the timeless truths of scripture to modern minds and hearts. He holds a master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary (2013) and a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University (1994). Ken and his wife, Diane, live in Saline where they are raising their three sons.

Chris JarrettAssociate Pastor
Chris joined the Keystone team in Fall of 2015. He is passionate about seeing people grow in their relationship with Jesus and connect with one another. He has degrees from Hillsdale College (BA), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv), and Asbury Theological Seminary (DMin). Chris and his wife Jennifer live in Ann Arbor and have two amazing kids, Beau and Danae. He loves spending time with his family, and enjoys movies, books, woodworking, and ceramics.

Matthew RobertsStudent Ministry Pastor
Matthew grew up in Vicksburg Michigan and graduated from Cornerstone University in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science. Following his calling to ministry, Matthew joined the team in 2015 while pursuing an Mdiv degree at Moody Theological Seminary. Matthew is married to his beautiful wife Kati and loves connecting, developing, and living life with students in order to create fully devoted followers of Christ, who know why they believe what they believe.

Erin StrakalaitisAssistant Student Ministry Pastor
Erin joined the Keystone staff full-time in August of 2020. She graduated from Kingswood University in 2017 with a BA in Ministry, and will receive an MA in Ministry Leadership from Wesley Seminary come 2022. Her professional passions include organizational leadership, pastoral council, and teaching creative forms of life-worship. She finds these strengths are vital in shepherding students, families, and individual leaders as they grow in intimacy and maturity in Christ. You can also count on her for a good dance party, and effective cleaning & tidying tips.
Josh FakhouryWorship Pastor
Pastor Josh joined the staff in July 2013 as our Student Ministry Pastor. In 2018, he transitioned to a new role on staff as our Worship Pastor. Josh grew up at Keystone before going to Indiana Wesleyan University to earn his degree in Christian Ministries. He loves music, sports and games, and he has a strong passion for worship and leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Josh lives in Ypsi Township with his wonderful wife, Jessica, and their beautiful little girl, Jenna.

DeeDee RhoadesCare & Volunteer Services Director
DeeDee has been a part of Keystone since 1995 and joined the staff in 2004. She provides leadership to our Care Ministry, oversees the various ministries we support in our community and serves our volunteers. She and her husband, Kim, live in Saline and have three grown children.

Adam has been attending Keystone since 2010 and has been a part of the worship experience ever since. Officially joining the Keystone staff in 2015, Adam oversees visual and audio elements that enhance events and worship experiences. Adam and his wife, Ashley, also serve in global missions ministry. Adam enjoys golfing, soccer, and spending time with his wife and their two sons Jeavyn and Makius.

Pam EnosWaumba Land Director
Born and raised in the Ann Arbor area, Pam has been at Keystone since 1997. She joined the staff in 2006. She studied Early Childhood Education at Eastern Michigan University and in 1990 married her sweetie and they have two college-aged boys. Pam is passionate about partnering with parents to help introduce children to their Heavenly Father and help build a strong spiritual foundation in the heart of every child. She loves spending time with her family, music, reading, and the Detroit Tigers.

Naomi UmfleetUpStreet Director
Naomi joined the Keystone team in 2020, first as an intern and then as our UpStreet Director. Her passion is to teach children about God while at they same time they teach her what it means to have a child-like faith. In high school God took her childhood dream of becoming a teacher and called her to children’s ministry. Naomi comes from a small town in Eastern Montana, and she loves the outdoors, cheesecake, and a good joke (especially puns).

Tim BlacklockFacilities Director
Tim has been at Keystone since 1992 and joined the staff in 2009. He retired from a career at Ford where he was a primary designer and technical support analyst. As the facilities director, Tim works on the various environment designs and construction, as well as landscaping and general building maintenance. He and his wife, Cindy, reside in Hamburg Township and have two grown children.

Tarah PurvisFinancial Services
Originally from Indiana, Tarah moved to Saline in the fall of 2015 with her husband, Brad and son, Riley. They began attending Keystone shortly after the move. Tarah enjoys Small Group Activity and is responsible for financial, accounting and membership records. She has a heart for service and is grateful to be part of the Keystone Team.

Alicia SomersOffice Administrator
Alicia, along with her husband, Chris, and son, Tyler, grew up in the area but spent years living out of state before they began attending Keystone in 2016, after moving back home. Alicia enjoys their small group and volunteering on the guest services and safety teams, she is responsible for administrative duties as well as coordinating the social media accounts for Keystone. She has a passion for helping others and is thankful her prayer was answered when she became part of the Keystone team in 2019.
