Mike & Nicole Wiencek

Lead Pastors

Mike and Nicole have been serving the Lord in full time pastoral ministry for over 17 years.  Their desire is to share the love of Jesus with sincerity and authenticity in a way that all people can relate to. They are committed to seeking the presence of God and following the Holy Spirit's direction for the church. Passionate about reaching the lost and impacting our communities, they also love activating and equipping believers towards their full potential in Christ. Most importantly, they are parents to three energetic kids; Logan, Jesse, and Hallelujah.  The whole Wiencek crew loves good food, fun adventures, laughing with friends, sports, and exploring the outdoors.

Matthew Roberts

Pastor of Discipleship

Matthew grew up in Vicksburg Michigan and graduated from Cornerstone University in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science. Following his calling to ministry, Matthew joined the team in 2015 while pursuing an Mdiv degree at Moody Theological Seminary. Matthew is married to his beautiful wife Kati and loves connecting, developing, and living life with students in order to create fully devoted followers of Christ, who know why they believe what they believe.

Daniel Whetlor

Student Ministry Pastor

Daniel Whetlor is originally from Leonardtown, Maryland.  From 2018-2022 Daniel Attended Indiana Wesleyan University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministries.  He also is completing his Masters Degree in Practical Theology this coming spring.  Daniel is married to his wife Alexa who is a nurse at St. Joes Labor & Delivery floor.  He loves to pour into students and is passionate about student ministries.  For fun, he loves to write poetry, workout, be outside, and drink coffee.

Ashley Clement

Children's Ministry Director

Ashley has been in full time Children's Ministry for over 5 years. She is passionate about partnering with parents to equip them to build a strong foundation of faith for their children. She loves creating engaging environments that allow children to have a special place in the church to worship, learn about God, and have fun. Spending time with other families and doing life together through small groups and playgroups is a big priority of ministry for Ashley. She is also in the process of becoming a licensed pastor and is currently taking courses through Kingswood Academy. Above all ministry passions, she is most passionate about her family. She and her husband, Brandon, and their two children, Elijah and Ezra, love trips to the zoo, playing outdoors, eating great food, and spending time with friends.

Bonnie Odum

Assistant Children's Ministry Director

Bonnie moved to the Saline area after marrying her husband, Bobby, in 2012. They started attending Keystone in 2011 where they immediately found their new church home. Bonnie has always been passionate about young children and completed her BA in Child Development at Siena Heights University and has worked as a Preschool teacher, with her mother, and was also a substitute Director at a Christian Child Care Center for over 5 years. When Bonnie became a mother of a large blended family of 8 she decided to homeschool them and has done so for over 10 years. She has a passion for teaching and serving children while sharing her love of Christ.  Bonnie's family lives on a fun animal farm where they grow and raise the five kids who remain at home.

Brandon Clement

Worship and Tech Director

Brandon is from Marion, IN and moved to Ypsilanti with his wife Ashley Clement (our Children's director) in August of 2021. He is passionate about the church and creating an immersive worship experience where people can come organically worship and grow deeper in their relationship with God. He has a heart for discipleship, team building, and leadership development. Brandon loves to play guitar and spend time Ashley, and sons, Elijah and Ezra.

Alicia Somers

Connections Director

Alicia, along with her husband, Chris, and son, Tyler,  began attending Keystone in 2016.  Alicia loved volunteering on the guest services and connections teams before being called to ministry work in 2019.  She has a passion for making sure people feel welcome + noticed, helping connect people to our church family, coordinating the next steps ministry, and sharing the light of Christ in the world.

Danielle Bailey

Administrator

Danielle started attending Keystone with her husband + daughter back in 2019, after her sister (Alicia Somers) convinced her it was the perfect fit for their family. After welcoming their son, she started volunteering in the office + joined the social media team. She has a strong passion for hospitality, making sure everyone is taken care of + feels right at home when they walk through the doors. Danielle was baptized in the summer of 2023, and her husband and daughter took the step of faith + got baptized on Mother’s Day, 2024. They are so thankful to have found their church home at Keystone, where they can continue to grow their faith + walk with Jesus as a family unit.

Tarah Purvis

Financial Services Director

Originally from Indiana, Tarah moved to Saline in the fall of 2015 with her husband, Brad and son, Riley. They began attending Keystone shortly after the move.  Tarah enjoys Small Group Activity and is responsible for financial, accounting and membership records.  She has a heart for service and is grateful to be part of the Keystone Team.
