Our
Leadership

Mike & Nicole Wiencek

Lead Pastors

Mike and Nicole have been serving the Lord in full time pastoral ministry for over 19 years.  Their desire is to share the love of Jesus with sincerity and authenticity in a way that all people can relate to. They are committed to seeking the presence of God and following the Holy Spirit's direction for the church. Passionate about reaching the lost and impacting our communities, they also love activating and equipping believers towards their full potential in Christ. Most importantly, they are parents to three energetic kids; Logan, Jesse, and Hallelujah.  The whole Wiencek crew loves good food, fun adventures, laughing with friends, sports, and exploring the outdoors.

Kim Rhoades

Vice Chairman & Treasurer

Kim and his wife, Dee Dee, came to Keystone in September of 1995. Since 1996, Kim has served as a member of the Leadership Team, while also bringing his professional experience as a CPA to the role of treasurer and head of the finance team. In addition to lending guidance on financial and operational issues at Keystone, Kim loves helping new believers learn about Christ, and puts that calling into action as a discussion leader for our Starting Point groups. After hours you will most likely find Kim either spending time with his wife and family (that now includes eight grandchildren), or searching for his golf ball in the woods at one of the local courses.

Jeff barker

Jeff and his wife Emily have called Keystone home since moving to Saline in 2021, and Jeff will tell you he sensed the Lord's presence from the moment he walked through our doors. Married for 17 years, the two were recently baptized together and are grateful to be raising their three kids, ages 8, 12, and 16, within this community. A Managing Director at JPMorgan with over 25 years in corporate banking, Jeff brings both the experience and the heart our team was seeking for this next season. He's active in men's + couples' small groups with a deep passion for discipling men and investing in the next generation.

Christy Krause

Christy has attended Keystone Church with her husband Ed since 2019.  She is blessed to be a mother of 3 and a wife for over 30 years.  She retired in 2022 after 29 years as an Assistant Professor in the University of Michigan Department of Family Medicine. She continues to provide community lectures on women's health.  Christy volunteers in both medical and protector capacities on the Keystone Safety Team.  She benefits weekly from her women's small group where studying the Bible allows her to incorporate and share Jesus in her everyday life.  In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, playing seamstress on thrifted items with her daughter, and canoeing. She looks forward to helping women build healthy Christian relationships and traveling with Ed during their retirement years.

Chris D'Alecy

Chris, from a young age, knew Jesus died for her sins, but it wasn’t till 1999 that she was shown what it looked like to have a loving, living relationship with Him. Chris and her husband Steve have been married for 33 years and have two adult children. Chris has her Masters in Architecture but has spent most of her life volunteering.  She has led women’s groups, organized retreats, mentored women, worked on a Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build, volunteered in public + private schools, at hospitals, and at senior living facilities. Chris and Steve found Keystone when they moved back home to Milan in 2022.  Chris loves serving her church family through groups, prayer ministry and mentoring!
