Mike & Nicole Wiencek

Lead Pastors

Mike and Nicole have been serving the Lord in full time pastoral ministry for over 17 years.  Their desire is to share the love of Jesus with sincerity and authenticity in a way that all people can relate to. They are committed to seeking the presence of God and following the Holy Spirit's direction for the church. Passionate about reaching the lost and impacting our communities, they also love activating and equipping believers towards their full potential in Christ. Most importantly, they are parents to three energetic kids; Logan, Jesse, and Hallelujah.  The whole Wiencek crew loves good food, fun adventures, laughing with friends, sports, and exploring the outdoors.

Kim Rhoades

Vice Chairman & Treasurer

Kim and his wife, Dee Dee, came to Keystone in September of 1995. Since 1996, Kim has served as a member of the Leadership Team, while also bringing his professional experience as a CPA to the role of treasurer and head of the finance team. In addition to lending guidance on financial and operational issues at Keystone, Kim loves helping new believers learn about Christ, and puts that calling into action as a discussion leader for our Starting Point groups. After hours you will most likely find Kim either spending time with his wife and family (that now includes eight grandchildren), or searching for his golf ball in the woods at one of the local courses.

David Luttenbacher

Dave and his wife Sue have been attending Keystone since 2009. Dave loves Keystone’s friendly atmosphere and biblical teaching. He joined the Leadership Team in 2015 as Member-At-Large, and also volunteers as a member of the production team. refreshment team and facilities maintenance helper when needed.  Dave and Sue retired in 2016 and spend the winters in Florida (yes, Snow Birds).

Jayme Lanker

Jayme started attending Keystone in 2012 where she found a renewed and stronger faith in God. She believes serving as Waumba Land worship leader was one of the most rewarding experiences. She has been married to Gordon for 14 years and they have three children. Jayme and Gordon enjoy being part of the Keystone small group community and became GroupLife leaders in 2015. Jayme holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan and has held a variety of positions in research and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Jayme is excited to see how God’s plan unfolds as part of the Keystone Leadership Team.

Tracy Fosdick

Tracy and her husband Chuck began attending Keystone about 12 years ago. They are both Saline High Grads, have been married 30 years, raised a daughter and son and are blessed with a son in law, 2 beautiful granddaughters and a daughter in law. Tracy has a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University in Supply Chain Management and works in the automotive industry. She enjoys serving at Keystone in the communion setup monthly and coordinates the Cass Corridor project serving the needy in inner city Detroit. She loves the energy and passion Keystone members bring to their worship of our savior, Jesus Christ, as seen on Sunday mornings, small group study, and the countless ways Keystone members show love in the community at large.

Mark Tuneff

Mark and his wife Anita have been members of Keystone since 2003. They married in 1988 and have two adult children, Dan and Elise (married to Bob).  Mark appreciates Keystone’s welcoming atmosphere and teaching that focuses on practical biblical application for our daily lives.  He has been involved in a variety of ministries at Keystone including several building renovations and expansions. Mark holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Academy and a graduate degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.  He is passionate about providing a welcoming, comfortable and safe environment for the families and guests at Keystone to worship and travel our journeys together. 

Christy Krause

Christy has attended Keystone Church with her husband Ed since 2019.  She is blessed to be a mother of 3 and a wife for over 30 years.  She retired in 2022 after 29 years as an Assistant Professor in the University of Michigan Department of Family Medicine. She continues to provide community lectures on women's health.  Christy volunteers in both medical and protector capacities on the Keystone Safety Team.  She benefits weekly from her women's small group where studying the Bible allows her to incorporate and share Jesus in her everyday life.  In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, playing seamstress on thrifted items with her daughter, and canoeing. She looks forward to helping women build healthy Christian relationships and traveling with Ed during their retirement years.

Rebekah Kangas

Rebekah has been attending Keystone with her husband, Casey, and their 3 children since the end of 2018.  She loves strong Bible teaching and helping people understand the Bible as one big story giving context to the past, present and future.  Rebekah has her BSN from the University of Michigan School of Nursing and currently works at Chelsea Hospital in both the ICU and Radiology departments.  She loves being in the great outdoors, as well as reading, baking, and is always up for a good game of basketball.
