The role of a KLT member is primarily to help maintain and carry out the mission and vision of the Church, support our pastoral team, give guidance on big decisions; including oversight of financials and continually offer biblical encouragement and perspective. How do you feel God could use you to help accomplish this?
What is your approach to conflict or addressing a topic of disagreement?
1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9 are key passages that outline some of the scriptural qualifications for those who help lead the local Church. While none of us are fully blameless, our conduct and character is deeply important. The qualifications can be summarized as: • A Good Reputation • Godly Values • A Loving Heart • Maturity in the Faith • A Healthy Home • Ability to Teach • Self Control. Given the biblical directives regarding the moral conduct and character of church leaders, is there anything in your lifestyle that would contradict these statements?
What are your most prominent spiritual gifts + any developed skill-sets?
What are some areas within ministry that you are personally passionate about?
How are you currently serving at Keystone?
